Long Term Furnished Rentals
Fully Furnished
Our short term and month to month furnished rentals are fully furnished with furniture, linens, and kitchenware. Most of our properties include wifi, garbage and utilities up to an agreed upon amount.
Month to Month (30+ Night Stays)
Our long term furnished rentals are month to month leases with minimum stays of 30 nights. We do not take advanced reservations for month to month rentals, as they become available we list availability on our website.
Location
Most of our rentals are located within a short walk, bike or drive to downtown centers, shops and restaurants. Many of our Arcata and Eureka rentals are often within a short distance to local medical facilities and hospitals. With our convenient locations you can live and work like a local with ease.
Long Term Furnished Rentals
There’s a new way to stay in a city - Live like a local! We provide fully furnished homes ranging from one to four bedrooms. You can rely on us to find you the perfect place to call home during your stay in the redwoods throughout Arcata, Eureka, McKinleyville and Trinidad.
