Whether you’re new to ocean paddling or a salty veteran, Kayak Trinidad offers a variety of options for all levels of paddler. From kayak & paddleboard rentals to beginner friendly lessons and whale & wildlife tours, Kayak Trinidad can help you achieve your goals.

Oyster Tours

Humboldt Bay Recognized as the Oyster Capital of California. Rain or shine, visitors can join a 4 Hour Boat Tour and Tasting with Aqua Rodeo Farms cruising around Humboldt Bay looking for and learning about various aspects of oyster aquaculture methods and operations on the bay. Tours begin at 11 AM and up to 6 persons can embark on the boat tour. At the conclusion of the tour each participant will enjoy 12 oysters prepared for them at Humboldt Bay Provisions.

Sport Fishing

The Trinidad Bay is home to many species of sport fish including salmon, ling cod, rock fish, surf fish, Dungeness crab, halibut and more. Book a fishing trip on the beautiful 38’ long Wind Rose which offers half-day charters as well as full-day trips. The boat is well stocked with quality fishing equipment.. whether you are experienced or not, you can expect a full day of fun on the ocean!

Horseback Tours

Experience the beauty of the ancient old growth redwoods on horseback! Redwood Creek Buckerettes offers guided horseback tours through Redwood National Park. Tours leave from Orick daily at 10am and 2pm. Interpretive tour includes information on Redwoods—the world’s tallest trees—as well as wildlife, flora and local history.

Madaket Harbor Cruise

Take a guided tour along the Eureka Waterfront on the Madaket Harbor Cruise, the nation's oldest passenger ferry. Cruises are Seasonal departing ---- May 14, 2022 to October 2, 2022.
