As soon as you leave the Base Camp you are 10 minuets to Arcata, 15 minutes to Trinidad or 15 minutes to Eureka. You are also within 45 minutes of Redwoods National and State Parks.

Want to take a quick stroll? Hammond Trail is just 5 minutes away and boast excellent Pacific Ocean views! Need to stock up the fridge? No problem, you are walking distance to Eureka Natural Foods, one of the best Natural grocery's around. Or how about the beach? Clam beach is just 5 minutes away or our favorite Moonstone beach is just 10 minutes away.
Inside the home, Humboldt Base Camp is a spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated with lots of wood accents and bright, open living spaces. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher and gas range, living room complete with large screen tv and comfy seating, a dining table for four. With 3 bedrooms, the primary suite has a queen bed, large closet, a dresser, and a cheerfully tiled bathroom and shower. The 2nd bedrooms has a queen bed and office space for those pesky emails at work that just can't wait. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed, and is directly across the hall from a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
Outside, the front and back yards are fully fenced, with a large open lawn and three patios in different parts of the yard where you'll find plenty of outdoor lounge furniture, a charcoal grill, a small tranquil pond with goldfish and a 3 person hot tub!
